Invite anyone, anytime

Invite teammates, suppliers, or customers to review a model, leave comments, or present their feedback.

Guest accounts are free to create, and their first day in Campfire is always free. After that, you’ll simply use one Guest Day for each day a Guest is active.

Admins can track usage directly in the Campfire Admin Portal, where you can see how many Guest Days your organization has, how many have been used, and by whom.

Since there’s no limit to how many Guests your organization can have, it's easy to loop people in and get the right feedback, at the right time.

Flexible options for every collaborator

Not everyone needs the same level of access, so you have control over what Guests can do.

Admins set the maximum permissions available for each Guest user, assigning either the viewer or commenter role. There’s also an option to allow Guests to become presenter when needed.

Permissions can be viewed or changed anytime in the Admin Portal, so access management stays simple and transparent.
